Munich Welsh ("we", "us" or "our") is a voluntary, not for profit, association which endeavours to promote Welsh culture and language in Munich, Germany. ​​

 

Munich Welsh is not a legal entity, nor a formal society, but an informal association with a network of volunteers who organise and participate in a variety of social, cultural and sporting events. Participation in any event is at participant's personal risk and responsibility. Neither Munich Welsh, nor the organiser(s) can accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred in connection with an event arranged by Munich Welsh or our volunteers.

There are no membership fees to join the Munich Welsh network as we are a voluntary, private, and non-profit organisation.

Liability for content

The contents of our pages were created with great care. However, we can not assume any liability for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the content. As a service provider and operator of these pages we are responsible according to sect. 7 Abs. 1 TMG (German Telemedia Act) for own contents on these pages according to the general laws. According to sect. 8 to 10 TMG, however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate an illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the moment of knowledge of a specific infringement.
 

If we are notified of such violations, we will remove this content immediately.

All offers are not-binding and without obligation.
